Design and Construction
An empty shell space was turned into a turn-key office ready for occupancy. The design and architectural planning divisions worked on the preliminary stages of space planning and AutoCAD drawings while collaborating with the construction team for the interior construction and finish selections. The space was finished out by the selection of furniture, accessories, and artwork. |

Tenant Building New Construction
This new construction multi-tenant building project provides six class-A office spaces and 4600 square feet of warehouse space to the north Raleigh area. The completed design includes an interesting mix of materials, custom-built canopied entry, and environmentally sensitive landscaping and wastewater solutions. |

Summermill Clubhouse Remodel
The client wanted a complete renovation of their entire clubhouse area, including a redesign of the sitting rooms, business center, theater, offices, bathrooms, and kitchenette. Custom cabinetry, marble flooring, and new furnishings, built-ins, and construction additions give the new space an updated and upscale look. |
