Archstone Preston ADA Renovation
Interior and exterior ADA (American with Disabilities Act) and FHA (Fair Housing Act) updates were needed for the client to make this property more accessible to residents. Everything from new sidewalks, handicapped parking, and wheelchair ramps to accessible doors, handrails, and thresholds was revamped by Cornerstone’s construction team in order to get the property up to code.
Summit Crest
Multi-Family Property
Summit Crest is an ongoing client, coming to Cornerstone for construction work on an as-needed basis. The client has had a wide variety of projects including interior renovations, general building repairs, siding and stone veneer installation, and security gates.
ASID
Showcase Renderings
The 2006 Raleigh ASID Showhouse featured various designers who renovated individual
rooms within one home. Several participating designers wanted renderings
of their spaces so Cornerstone’s Laurie Padden was brought in to commission
the artwork.
